Mindspace – Bringing the coworking revolution to Romania

Idea

We created partnerships with strong communities that we wanted to bring in at Mindspace like reConstruct 2019, Start-up your life Camp, Upgrader, Creative Mornings or Radio Guerrilla. BIZ Magazine visited Mindspace HQ in Tel Aviv for their 2019 BIZ World edition. And because the high level of service is what makes the Mindspace experience a boutique experience, we partnered with start-up.ro and had Vlad Andriescu be the shadow of one Community Manager for two days, so he could experience the level of commitment involved in the process first hand, in a more accurate way than sending a statement. We replicated Mindspace-like spaces at events, such as TEDxBucharest 2018, where the guests had the chance to work and talk, and even to take photos and turn them into postcards.
